At Beckett Simonon, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted items, which is why we offer free returns and exchanges on all unworn products within 30 days of delivery. Whether you need a different size or a complete refund, our goal is to ensure your experience is as seamless as the craftsmanship of our shoes.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is submitted, we will provide a prepaid shipping label via email to ensure your return shipping is completely free of charge.
Package Your Items
Place the unworn items in their original packaging, including all accessories and dust bags, and securely attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange shipment will be processed once our workshop inspects the returned goods.
